Your own domain
The website is a self-contained directory of plain HTML, uploaded to your host. It is your site, at your address, and it keeps working whatever happens to us.
Pricing
Money you take online lands in your own Stripe account, and our commission comes off on the way past. We never hold your funds, and money you take at the desk is yours entirely — we charge nothing on cash, cheque or e-transfer.
One venue, one edition, the whole core. The right shape for a curling club, a climbing gym, a Legion branch or a racquet club running its own season.
Everything in Club, plus the access-control integration and the migration of whatever you are on now — which is usually the part that stops a venue switching.
Several venues under one body — a regional association, a municipality, a chain of gyms. One console across all of them, with the audit log that comes with cross-venue access.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe. Nothing above is a contract — the numbers are a starting point for a conversation, and a first venue in a new vertical is priced as the partnership it actually is.
What you keep
A venue that cannot leave is a venue that has been captured rather than served. These are deliberate, and they are the terms we would want as a customer.

Direct charges into your account. Onboarding is Stripe's, not ours. We are never in possession of your members' money.
Export the roster, the waivers, the history, the invoices. Suspension hides a venue from the platform; it does not delete anything.
Commission is on what you take online, because that is the part we carry. Money over the bar or across the desk is not ours to charge for.
Questions we get asked
A platform fee per venue, plus a commission on payments taken online through Stripe Connect. The figures on this page are a starting position for the walkthrough, not a rate card, and there is no charge on cash, cheque, e-transfer or card taken at the desk.
Onboarding is done with you in a walkthrough that runs a real season against the real API. Ask us about term length; the venue keeps its own domain, its own Stripe account and its own data either way.
Yours. venueOS uses Stripe Connect direct charges, so payouts land in the venue's own account and the platform commission is deducted per transaction.
Next step
Tell us what you are running, what it costs and what it will not do. Half the time the honest answer is that you should stay where you are, and we would rather say so early.
